Tim graduated from UW-Platteville with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 1971. He is a 1989 graduate of the American Management Institute. In 1971, he joined the Outagamie County Sherriff’s Department, serving in the following capacities: Corrections Administrator Captain, Manager for Law Enforcement Divisions, Criminal Investigator for over eight years, Crime Analysis and Administrative Manager from 1980-1988.
Tim retired from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department in 2003 as the Undersheriff with extensive experience in policy & procedure development, internal investigations, consensus building, and project facilitation.
